Swiss Conducting Competition

Laurent took part in the 9th Swiss Conducting Competition in Baden, where was awarded 3rd place in front of a jury including Philippe Bach (CH), Jan de Haan (NL) and Carlo Balmelli (CH). In the final concert, he conducted the Sinfonisches Blasorchester Bern in a performance of the colourful “Fantasy Variations on a theme by Niccolo Paganini” by the american composer James Barnes.
